CHANNELLOCK® Auto Warranty Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty offered for CHANNELLOCK® Auto products.
The warranty applies exclusively to the automotive products listed on
https://auto.channellock.com.

The Warranty
- Coverage Period: A 2-year limited warranty is provided, starting from the
date of delivery. - Scope of Coverage:
- Covers manufacturer defects and craftsmanship issues under normal use.
- Powder coating finish is only covered for defects visible upon arrival. Damage occurring after delivery is not covered due to the volatile conditions our products are exposed to during use.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from intended use.
- Damages caused by misuse, overloading, or improper mounting.
- Modifications or alterations made after purchase.
- Damages resulting from external causes, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes).
- Acts of God or other unforeseen events.
- Accidents, fire, or collisions.
- Exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances.
- Any product used in a manner not recommended by CHANNELLOCK® Auto.
Limitations of Liability
- CHANNELLOCK® Auto’s responsibility is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product at its sole discretion.
- CHANNELLOCK® Auto shall not be liable for:
- Labor, transportation, or other costs incurred in the removal, installation, or return of the product.
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or vehicle damage.
- Third-party damages caused by the use or failure of CHANNELLOCK® Auto products.
- CHANNELLOCK® Auto does not warrant and disclaims all liability for products that:
- Have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Have been subjected to adverse conditions such as neglect, misuse, or improper installation.
- Were used in applications other than those expressly recommended by CHANNELLOCK® Auto.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim:
- Visit our contact page.
- Provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase.
- A detailed description of the issue, including photographs if applicable.
- Contact information for follow-up.
- Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Products, Time Periods, and Claims
CHANNELLOCK® Auto products are designed and manufactured to high standards. However, CHANNELLOCK® Auto cannot control how products are used. As such:
- The warranty is limited to materials and workmanship.
- Powder coating finish is only covered for damages visible upon arrival. Post-delivery damages are not covered.
- Modifications or misuse voids all warranty claims.
General Disclaimer
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty applicable to CHANNELLOCK® Auto products. It is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The remedies outlined in this policy are the exclusive remedies available to the purchaser.
